SPINNING® is a fun and intense workout that takes place on a specialized Spinner® bike. Group spinning is a great physical and mental workout that is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned riders. All spinning workouts are approx. 50 minutes and incorporate various types of riding techniques. Our staff of experienced and trained instructors will motivate and lead you through each ride!
Spinning with Butts and Guts
Having a hard time firming your thighs, legs and butt? Are you not seeing any changes from the current exercise program that you’re on now? Our Butt's and Guts class is the perfect way to lean out your bottom half and get a rock hard bottom in 2012! Our group exercise class will safely teach you the exercises that will most dramatically change your abdominal muscles and lower body! It’s time to change your body into a fat-burning, muscle building machine! It’s time to get the body you deserve! All fitness levels welcome!
Spinning® with Strength/ Spinning® with Bootcamp
Spinning® with Strength/Spinning® Bootcamp fuses the energizing cardio of Spinning® and strength training. These combined classes provide the perfect workout to blast the fat, break through the plateaus and reach new levels of your fitness. Each class hosts 40 minutes of an energizing Spinning with 20 minutes of strength/bootcamp training. All fitness levels are welcome!
Spinning with H.I.I.T
H.I.I.T stands for High intensity interval training. This class has alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercises with less-intense recovery periods. These short intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improve glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning
BallBike is a non-impact, calorie cannibalizing, total fitness experience. The BallBike ensures a "cardio high" that clears your mind and heart, while re-energizing and re-invigorating you. During a BallBike workout, a student is led by a BallBike Certified Instructor\Trainer on an exhilarating ride. The BallBike Revolution provides a Core, Cardio and Strength workout.
BarreTone is a targeted, full-body workout performed at the ballet barre creating long lean muscles and improved posture. Interval training at the barre and on the mat uses small, controlled movements and your own body weight to work every major muscle group. Active stretching to increase flexibility and elongate muscles follows each exercise.
This challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate, improve your strength, agility and balance, and challenge your muscles. Stations may include jump ropes, weights, bars, stability balls, etc. Class may be modified for all levels of fitness.
Core with Strength
An hour long workout of the upper and lower body, cardio, strength and sport conditioning! You’ll get something new out of each class! All levels welcome!
Backed by high energy music, this class combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Unlike other types of kickboxing, cardio kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors — it's a cardiovascular workout that's done because of its many benefits to the body! All levels welcome!
Pilates with Core
A fun and invigorating workout that teaches a series of controlled movements utilizing the body's "core" - abdomen, back, and hips. This exercise regimen is designed to create long, lean muscles while enhancing strength, flexibility, and balance, with an emphasis on posture. This class is suitable for any level!
Zumba with Ab’s
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. ZUMBA utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
